We had a great stay at the Blackstone condos. The unit was super clean and comfortable for our stay. The local shuttles are convenient to get to town and Kimball Junction and the condos are a short walk from the transit hub. The Canyons Village on call shuttle is even better for starting and ending the ski day with ease. The one time we ran into a question we were able to get a hold of PMI immediately for a speedy resolution. I'd consider staying again if I was looking for Canyons accommodations.

Don’t be misled. This is a highly transactional, professionally managed property with little flexibility or guest care. Expect extra charges for basics like early check-in, and inconsistent communication (despite being told the night before that checkout was at 11am, maids arrived at 10am on our departure day). More importantly, our stay was significantly disrupted by ongoing construction in the unit directly below (#103). Every afternoon after returning from skiing (except the final day), we were subjected to hours of loud drilling, hammering, and sawing, often continuing past 6pm (including on a national holiday). This materially affected our ability to rest and enjoy the property. When we raised the issue and requested reasonable compensation for the disruption, management declined responsibility and offered no meaningful remedy. As a result, I am escalating the matter directly with Airbnb. If you are looking for a host-driven, guest-centric experience, this is not it.
