The good: Fantastic location. Bus stop is directly outside the condo that will take you anywhere in town including Mountain and Canyon ski villages as well as Deer Valley. Super convenient. Came with its own parking space in an underground garage which is huge because parking is at a premium in Prospector. Has central air which not all properties in PC have. The not-so-good: The condo smelled like bacon the entire week. The smell never went away. The AC and water heater are in a closet in the living room and both are really loud. Even with the AC running, it still got pretty hot in the condo. You can’t close the bedroom doors or they get really hot. It’s pretty small, a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures. For a family of 5 on a ski trip with luggage, it was pretty tight. Master shower drain was clogged, shower filled with water and took ~10 mins to drain. Missing chair in living room and espresso machine in pictures which was a bummer. Overall just okay, good for the cost.
We stayed for a few days during Sundance. It was the perfect location - right in the heart of Prospector Square and close to downtown. The condo looked just like the photos and was the perfect size for us. The owner was very responsive and made check-in/check-out a breeze. If I'm ever back in Park City, I would definitely return here.
Incredible condo!! Would highly recommend staying here. So clean, perfect amount of space for my family, incredible location , so much to do close by! Great host too!
